The "Casa das Áncoras" is a comfortable, spacious, well located and well built property, which stands on the side of a picturesque hill with panoramic views of the Ria de Vigo. The first floor has a surface area of 94 m², used as a sleeping area, but it also has a common area consisting of a beautiful living room (20 m²) with access to a balcony-terrace enclosed in aluminium, from which, on clear days, you can see the Cíes Islands archipelago on the horizon. In total there are three attic bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom (25 m²) with its own en-suite bathroom (15 m²) with bathtub and shower with screen. It also has a balcony with views to the east, over the garden and pool area. The second bedroom (25 m²), facing north, communicates with the balcony-terrace on the main façade. The third is a north-facing bedroom (25 m²) where, instead of an exterior balcony, it has been decided to use this space to create an office area with a desk just below the window and the sloping ceiling, thus enjoying good natural light. Finally, there is a family bathroom, which is shared by two of the bedrooms on this floor distributed along a wide corridor.
